This privacy policy statement confirms that Clearwater Investment Management does not collect personal information about you for any reason other than to contact you about becoming a client. Once you are a client, Clearwater will use only your name to speak with you and your phone number and email to contact you directly without interference from an outside party. All information received from you to become a client Clearwater is asked for on applications or other forms and received by Interactive Brokers, an independent Broker Dealer, which is regulated by the US Government and governed by laws imposed upon organizations providing custody for financial securities to protect you. As a client of Clearwater, we assure you we are independent of outside ownership and free of entangling marketing/agency alliances. So, any information created about your transactions at Interactive Brokers that arise as a client of Clearwater will be shared with no one. We do not disclose, nor intend to ever disclose, any personal information about you to anyone.
